Starting OnePulse Connect In-Office Dispensing
Enrollment: Patients confirm that they would like to use In-Office Dispensing for convenient medication fulfillment.
Processing: Prescriber sends electronic prescription directly to OnePulse Connect.
Welcome
Initial Message: Patients receive a welcome SMS/text or phone call from OnePulse Connect and confirm their communication preference.
Verification: Patients provide required information to verify identity and benefits.
Benefits Review: Once benefits are verified, patients receive details of available financial assistance programs or requests for further information needed.
Medication Pick-Up
Notification: Patients receive SMS/text or phone calls when their medication is ready for pickup.
Pickup: Patients pick up their medication from the office or during their appointment.
Education: You may receive helpful information about your medication to support your treatment.
Ongoing Care and Support
Care Assessment: Patients or caregivers may receive a brief survey or clinical assessment to help us enhance the care we provide.
