Verification: Patients provide required information to verify identity and benefits.
Benefits Review: Once benefits are verified, patients receive details of available financial assistance programs or requests for further information needed.

Medication Pick-Up
Notification: Patients receive SMS/text or phone calls when their medication is ready for pickup.
Pickup: Patients pick up their medication from the office or during their appointment.
